Management, entrepreneurship and strategy lecturer, Jean-Christophe Vautrin has an international résumé and has lived and worked all over the world, in countries such as Germany, Turkey, the Ivory Coast and Cyprus. His bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the EDHEC Business School and MBA from INSEAD were both obtained in his native France, where he also completed an internship program with petroleum giant, Total. Vautrin’s professional career lies predominantly in the oil industry, in roles that include trading manager at Defrol Total in Germany, supply and logistics director at Elf in Turkey and director of Plama Consotrium Ltd in Cyprus. Vautrin has run his own consultancy firm since 2003, which specializes in management in the oil, gas, energy and green business sectors.
